Social interaction training

In every organisation tasks must be performed and people have to interact with one another. Each situation posesses its own form of meeting that may be crucial to the outcome.  Relationships between colleagues can also significantly impact on both profitability, quality and the working environment. Another common challenge is the lack of understanding and tension that can occur between different professionsal disciplines. All too often we find a lack of opportunity and methodology for training and reflection in these fundamental areas. Who can afford not to take a step back in order to create space for reflection? Especially in times of resource and time shortage?

The involving theatre functions as a mirror and as a training arena.

Short pieces on themes you as a client find useful and vital to reflect upon are produced. Example of themes could be treatment of customers, leadership-, colleagual- and collaborational issues, ethical dilemmas, discrimination or core value implementation.

Each scenario is performed and then followed by a 15 minute to one hour long process. A process that gives the professional participants an opportunity to practice, and reflect with  colleagues over their own approach and professional role.

The actors give the experience an authentic touch that engages and makes it feel real.  The actual interactions provide unique opportunities to receive specific and pedagogic feedback from the actors, based on their experiences in the role.

The framework is of an investigative, experimental nature, enfolded with encoragement and acceptance – a human laboratory where insights, knowledge and competence are gained and shared within the group.
