For myself, I found Energy Drama to be an excellent means of relaxing the brain after a long and demanding day of conference. It was a splendid feeling and a new experience to just let go of all the rules of how to behave as an ”adult”. It was also good and developmental for the group to be able to do this together. We shared much laughter and for me personally I yearn for an opportunity to ”play” again.

I’m very happy that we dared to do something different. It was certainly fun at the time, but I also feel that the conference has brought us closer together. It is of course difficult to be sure what caused this but to see each other in completely new situations where everyone let go of some of his or her barriers was, I belive, a contributory factor. I think the way you made us feel safe and little by little heightened the level of “exposure” was an important key to success. Many of us found it relaxing that we didn´t have to compete, nor aim for status of any kind.

Energy Drama was the perfect ending to our conference. A conference aiming for a spirit of group development, where each and every one – even those who were sceptical at first – came to have a very positive experience including a lt of tension relieving laughter!
